I grew up in Asheville in the Grove Park neighborhood and attended both public and private schools in Asheville.  I have a Masters of Education from a private woman's college in SC where I taught for several years before returning to my beloved mountains and starting my career in real estate.  I am a mother, a community volunteer and activist and a friend.
